      AT A GLANCE : Transfer & Activity Bank (TAB) is the world's leading online distributor of transfers, tours and activities to the travel trade. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join the EMEA team to enable us to continue to enjoy considerable sales growth with our Hotelbeds Group clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients within an assigned region in Europe. The candidate needs to be target driven, proactive and have a good understanding of both the transfer & activity markets. A dynamic sales person who can win new business whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships both internal & external. They will need listen to the market & understand drivers and opportunities. The candidate will already have an extensive knowledge of the bedbank/ancillaries business and have a good understanding of the travel industry across Europe. The Sales Manager TAB will be responsible for a cluster of source markets. The role sits within the Partners in Origin Team & reports to the Regional Head of Sales EMEA. RESPONSABILITIES: The main objectives of the Sales Manager role are: * Develop, optimize & grow existing client relationships in conjunction with the internal Bedbank team (Hotelbeds & Bedsonline) * Find & develop new clients for the TAB division including new customer segments & channels * Optimize existing bedbank clients who are currently not booking ancillaries products * Achieve challenging sales targets of up to 50% v LY through customer development, acquisition & retention * Put corrective measures and actions in place to reverse trends with customers with declining sales * Promotion of new TAB products including API, plug & play solutions, white labels & other relevant products * Management of key accounts in conjunction with Bedbank * Collaborative skills to deal with different areas of the organization including good working relationships with Bedbank * Understanding of the Bedbank business model and the different distribution platforms. Good knowledge of the different customer types of clients of Hotelbeds & Bedsonline * Manage & develop internal relationships with key dependencies including Distribution & Sales Support, Finance, XML, CGO, marketing & customer services. * Reporting of daily tasks using Salesforce & other company tools * Achieve challenging sales targets based on TTV, operating Margin & own personal objectives * Attendance at events, functions and conferences * Monitor & report on competitor activity & actions * Extensive knowledge of the ancillaries business (transfers, activities etc) * Business declining in accounts: Work with Bedbank team to optimize client & minimize losses * Market performance: Analyze in detail trading reports & feedback trends and patterns within region * Proven track record in dealing with OTA & tour operator clients ideally in the UK market

In a BI project you will be able to understand how a business unit works and will collaborate with them on providing reporting solutions which will drive key insights for their decision making process. Reporting solutions vary and we help the business understand what fits better with their needs and requirements: from a simple KPI spec for the key account managers providing rapid insights, to a mobile interactive dashboard for senior management to understand how we are performing on a specific set of business metrics. You've heard many times that information is key for a business. We are constantly being reminded of this fact when we see business units take decisions based on our reporting data. We are the ones modeling and reporting the KPIs which ultimately drive company growth. We are searching for an interdisciplinary profile to help in our day-to-day activities: analyzing business processes, creating functional designs, helping the technical team understand how the reports should work, validating the solution and helping the stakeholders make the most out of the tools and capabilities we provide. It's a challenging role as it requires many skills (business mindset, analytical problem solving, technical interest, collaborative and communication skills) which will provide the candidate with a very good understanding of both the business and technology sides of the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibilities of this person are: Strategy / Business Understanding: -Understands business requirements and Business Intelligence objectives & plans. -Support functional team on requirements gathering, creating functional analysis and testing solutions created by the development team. Analyzing: -Analyze business logic, modules and business applications. -Perform the analysis of each requirement in detail and ensure -completeness of the solutions towards allowing the architecture to define the design of the solution Design & Development: -Develop and elaborate functional designs in order to cover business needs. -Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements and implement the best solution for our business. -Define the use cases and test cases for the solution to be created. Business Support: -Provide support during design and implementation processes, roll outs, systems maintenance elaborating their respective manuals and documentations. We are seeking a team worker who feels confident and comfortable working closely with the business and technical team. CANDIDATE PROFILE Must have: -University Degree. -Mix Profile: Interest in both, business knowledge and technical --Business Intelligence capabilities.
